All short-term off-campus programs require at least one pre-departure orientation. Attendance is required.

UMAIE-Sponsored January Term 2014 Orientation:
Orientation will be online. Program-specific dates and times will be emailed to students the first week of fall semester, or as students are accepted into programs.
All other short-term program students will be notified of orientation schedule, dates and locations in their acceptance letter.

- Registration as UST student while abroad
- Program payment/financial aid
- Credit from abroad/transcripts

Note: London Business Semester and Catholic Studies Semester students must attend orientation and additional group sessions specific to their particular program.
