1. Room is based on a shared room in Kincaid’s Court with self-catered, shared bath, twin. Student incurs a supplemental fee if placed in a single or studio. A supplemental charge will all apply to catered or ensuite rooms. Supplemental fees can range from $775 to $4,775 depending on location and amenities.
